She has earned a reputation for the kind of care and attentive, unhurried care that has become rare in traditional medicine. In 2026, she was voted Best Medical Provider in the Madisonville Messengers Readers' Choice Award.

First visit was a breath of fresh air... Regina was attentive, thorough, and patient. She listened, really listened. Took her time w/ me while I explained all my health issues and the meds that worked or did not work for me. She asked questions and took time to hear me out w/out interrupting me so she could make a thorough assessment of my issues before responding to those issues. And she makes good use of the patient portal. If I leave her a message, she gets back to me as soon as possible. In conclusion, I have praised her so much that my entire family is leaving their current PCP to become Regina’s patients. I could go on to say so much more if I wasn’t running out of space to write it all.
